If you find any problems with the trail footing or
trees that need to be trimmed, please call Cindy or Linda at the
Meadowview Office 676-4429 or Paula Peterson at 676-4926.
When on the trail, be
aware of possible natural hazards, such as coyotes, bobcats, loose dogs (not
allowed on Meadowview property), and bees. Many are ground bees.
Stay on the trail. Swarming bees are usually not a problem if you do
nothing and let them pass.
Car traffic has been a
continuing problem for Meadowview. Drivers consistently drive over the
speed limit and ignore pedestrians and equestrians.
Our email and calling
list continues to grow. If you are not on it, contact any one of us.
Let us know if you want to be notified of upcoming events. You will either
receive an email or pre-recorded phone message. If you don't want to be
notified but want to be on the list, that is fine too. Many new people
have moved in recently. Welcome new residents and horses.
Finally, remember
oleanders are poisonous to pets, people, and horses. There are lots of
oleanders in Meadowview. DO NOT LET YOUR HORSES EAT THESE.
Take care,
Jan Austin
